SIXTH GRADE

US Customary Conversions of Liquid Measure. I made another video for you. I'll post it below when it is finished uploading.

SEVENTH GRADE

Math: Math Riddles...turning words into equations and solving. You were all off to a great start in class. Please let me know if you get stuck by emailing or texting. Use the button on the right to email me if you need help.

Geography: The class went to confession during the time for Geography. We did have some time to begin discussing the natural resources of the countries of North America. We will continue this discussion tomorrow and also discuss the economic activities.

EIGHTH GRADE

Pre-Algebra: Do #2 from your handout today. Use #1 as a guide. Think logically and please let me know if you need help.

Algebra I: The class got to crash remote control cars today! We set up some problems similar to the distance problems we've been working on in class and figured the time it would take for the cars to crash. Then we started the cars at the same point and gave the slower one a head start. We wanted to see how long it would take the faster one to catch up. We first did the math and then the tested it to see how accurate they were! It was a lot of fun. Tomorrow we will be starting a new unit using polynomials.

See you tomorrow!
