SIXTH GRADE

There is no homework tonight BUT there is a quiz tomorrow over metric conversions and metric measure. You will need to use the "staircase" to convert metric measures. You must have the order on the staircase memorized! Also, you will be choosing an appropriate measure for various things, such as, what metric measure of capacity would you use to measure the amount of water in a swimming pool? You would use kiloliters or kL.

SEVENTH GRADE MATH

More practice with adding and subtracting fractions.

GEOGRAPHY

We began discussing types of conflict today. The class worked in groups and tomorrow, we will go discuss each group's ideas and take notes.
