SIXTH GRADE MATH

The class has a worksheet today with more practice adding and subtracting decimals. Please see the blog post from Tuesday for an explanation if you are stuck at all.

SEVENTH GRADE MATH

The class is working with exponents today. p70 #9-29. We spent a lot of time in class going over examples, so I think everyone has a good grasp on what to do. Please email me if you need help though!

SEVENTH GRADE GEOGRAPHY

There will be a quiz over land and water forms on Monday. Please study each set. I will not mix up the sets but will expect you to match the words to the definitions within each set. To study for the picture portion of the test, put the land or water form in Google and search images. You will see several examples and that might help you understand what each looks like.

The homework tonight is the Economic Activity map and Bar Graph worksheet. Zaire is no longer a country. It is now known as The Democratic Republic of Congo. Sorry for not remembering that in class!

PRE-ALGEBRA

We practiced in class on exponents, order of operations, and evaluating expressions. The homework is a Reteaching worksheet with 12 problems on it. Tomorrow, we will continue with real numbers.

ALGEBRA I

The assignment today is a crossword puzzle that practices skills for translating expressions.

See you tomorrow!
