Attention all middle school parents: I sent home a summary of assignments for the 2nd quarter thus far. It includes any missing assignments. I have stapled the worksheets that each student is missing to the list. Be sure to ask your child for their  list(s).

SIXTH GRADE
Today, we finally finished up the factors list! Actually, we still have 5 more to go, but we will finish those tomorrow. We took as much time as we did on this because of how useful this list will be! The students will be using these for awhile in this unit. There is no homework!
SEVENTH GRADE
Math: Today, the class learned about exponents and roots. Each page includes good directions. If you get stuck, read through the directions again, but please send me an email or text if you are stuck.

Geography: We discussed conflicts between differing groups again. The students had some excellent questions and it was a great class! No homework.
EIGHTH GRADE

Pre-Algebra: Today, we worked on more two-step equations. I will make and post a video below soon! The homework is the handout with 8 equations.

Algebra I: We reviewed how to write equations of lines with varying given information. There is no homework!

See you tomorrow,

Mrs. Swickey
