SIXTH GRADE

On Friday, we finished playing MATHO - a bingo type game. We were reviewing solving one step addition and subtraction equations. I think everyone was getting really good at them! No homework.

SEVENTH GRADE MATH

We continued the Capture-Recapture proportions activity. We will finish up on Tuesday. No homework!

GEOGRAPHY

The class worked on the physical geography map assignment in class and turned them in. I also passed out the study guide for the physical and political geography quiz that will be on Wednesday. The quiz will cover landforms, bodies of water, locations of certain countries, and capitals in Africa. I am NOT making them memorize the location or capital of all 54 African countries. Just a handful....

PRE-ALGEBRA

The class finished the walk-around activity from Thursday. They were reviewing how to solve systems of equations by graphing. No homework! Several still have missing or make up work to do though.
